Patrick de Silva is a Director/Founder of The Media Village and Media ASYLUM. Both companies serve the production, post production and broadcast markets. The Media Village, formed in 2000, provides workflow solutions for data-centric production and post production, representing some of the leading vendors in our industry and offers integrated solutions to end-users.
Media ASYLUM was formed in 2011 and provides production and post production training, workshops and events. It’s targeted at career professionals and courses are conducted by experienced industry practitioners.

Ideal Systems Singapore
Fintan, joined Ideal Systems Group in 2011 to establish Ideal Systems South East Asia hub in Singapore. Since then Ideal has successfully delivered many major broadcast projects, notably; building multiple broadcast control rooms for Sony Pictures Entertainment, relocating, designing and building the new broadcast systems and control rooms for Globecast Asia in Singapore, multiple projects with Astro in Malaysia, designing and building the “MegaPOD” MCR at Encompass Digital Media and relocating designing and building the new studios and control rooms for Fox Sports in Singapore.
Ideal Systems SEA has recently expanded with new offices in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and Jakarta, Indonesia and launched its own broadcast technology brand “SoftCast”. Prior to Ideal Systems, Fintan established OmniBus Systems APAC head office in Kuala Lumpur in 2008 where he was responsible for the introduction of iTX Playout and Automation in Asia including deployments at SkyPerfectTV-Tokyo, iTV-Hong Kong, Astro – Malaysia, Encompass – Singapore, Indovision –Indonesia, Sky Channel – Australia. OmniBus was subsequently acquired by Miranda which itself was acquired by Belden and renamed Grass Valley.
Fintan previously held roles with Piercom Software as Director of Government Services, British Telecoms, Enterprise Connectivity Unit and DigiSoft.TV’s European DVB-T (Italy) and North American IPTV (USA) businesses sequentially.

Tng Siew Moi is the face of Cine Equipment which began as a small company in Singapore 19 years ago. Now they have offices in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia, Melbourne Australia, Bangkok Thailand, Manila Philippines and Taipei Taiwan as one of the strongest equipment suppliers in this market. Cine Equipment is appearing everywhere, including on the Red Carpet at the Cannes Film Festival.
Siew Moi, a self-proclaimed workaholic, admits she knew nothing about the ‘business’ when she started in 1983, but saw a need, and made it her mission to bring only “A-list vendors to our clients”.
Cine Equipment initially specialized in the sale of film, lighting and video equipment. They have since diversified into the digital, broadcast professional and post production equipment arenas. Today, they hold the agencies for more than 50 brands of film, lighting, digital, broadcast, video and post production equipment. They also provide full after sales service and repair and undertake turnkey projects.

In a career spanning 24 years, Brad Dillon ACS has proven himself to be one of the most talented cinematographers in Asia, winning more than 70 awards from around the globe for his cinematography work.
His adaptability, eye for composition, ability to manipulate light, and technical prowess allow him to achieving stunning visuals under any conditions, a talent which in turn has allowed him to excel in many genres of television and cinema – commercials, natural history, documentaries, music videos, drama, news & current affairs, sports, and 3D stereoscopic projects.
Brad learnt his art and craft in his home town of Brisbane, working his way up through the camera departments of the Australian television industry, both on location and in the studio, and spending invaluable time assigned to audio, lighting and editing departments.
Based in Asia for the past 18 years, where he runs his Singapore-based company ‘Most Wanted Pictures’ (www.mostwantedpix.tv), Brad continues to be in high demand by producers, directors and broadcasters across the world.
Visual Effect Supervisor/Program Director

Dayne has over 20 years experience in the visual effects (VFX) and film industry and has worked for most of the major post production companies in the UK, Australia and Asia. For many years in London he was the Head of 3D / VFX Supervisor at Double Negative. Following this he worked at Cinesite as the Digital Development Manager, and then at Molinare/Pixion as the Head of VFX. More recently he was Director of Film VFX at VHQ Post. His film credits include Batman Begins, The Bourne Ultimatum, Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, Battle Los Angeles, 10,000 BC, The Reader, Scott Pilgrim vs. the World, The Da Vinci Code, Lara Croft: Tomb Raider, Stranger Than Fiction, Lockout and John Carter. He was recently elected to the Board of The Visual Effects Society for the 2014-2015 term and was the Chair of the London Section for several years.
His strong desire to help develop the industry led him to join 3dsense Media School to head the Technical Direction (VFX) diploma course, where he is instrumental in ensuring a cutting-edge curriculum and training delivery.
