London – FilmLight, a leading provider of digital film and video technology, will not be exhibiting at the National Association of Broadcasters Convention (NAB) in Las Vegas this year. The company has decided, instead, to engage directly with customers and prospectives with a series of soon-to-be-announced worldwide localised events. The company plans to make further new product announcements in the coming weeks. Mike Grieve, FilmLight sales director commented “With many of our customers having already indicated that they may not be attending NAB, we have decided to concentrate on taking our technology directly to them. Recent key orders in the US, Asia, Middle East, and Europe validate this decision to be the right one for this year. ” FilmLight’s range of film scanning, colour grading and colour management systems help to transform film and video post-production and set new standards for quality, reliability and performance. Baselight has the largest installed base of any performance non-linear grading system, with Northlight and Truelight recognised world leaders in film scanning and colour management. FilmLight is headquartered in London with sales and support conducted through regional service centres located in London, Los Angeles, Chicago, Sydney, Auckland and Singapore, and through qualified partners worldwide.
